Refund policy
If there is a problem with your order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately prior to opening a return. We will ALWAYS do our best to resolve the situation for you.
We want happy customers and we value your business!
How long do I have to return my item?
We offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
When can I expect to see my refund?
Refunds will be issued once we have received, inspected, and processed the part(s). Original shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount. Exceptions will apply for parts that were received damaged or stocked incorrectly. If approved, all refunds will be processed once merchandise has been returned to Helenbrook Sales and Service LLC. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your original payment method. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Freight Shipments
If your item required freight shipping with the use of a lift gate, forklift, special delivery instructions, limited access delivery, appointment, residential pickup/delivery, etc, we cannot offer a return or exchange unless we have sent the wrong item. Before purchasing a freight item, be sure to ask any and all questions about the item to ensure you are receiving the correct product for your application.

Please be sure to follow the return policy guidelines below:
- The original invoice, or a copy, must be included with the item.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Any parts that have been modified, installed, or damaged in any way by the customer may result in denial of a refund and/or exchange request.
- Helenbrook Sales and Service LLC reserves the right to deny any exchange or return request. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us. *Please note, freight shipments do not follow the same guidelines shown above.
- Returned parts must be in the same condition as they were sold and shipped in their original packages and/or shipping box. If the original box is not available, the part must be packaged correctly to ensure safe return shipping. We cannot issue a credit for items that return to our facility damaged, or for items that have been partially or fully installed or painted. Proper shipping, packaging, and associated cost(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please do not install an item that has been damaged during shipping as doing so will void our return policy.
